Online Returns & Exchanges

To start a return or exchange, please email info@allthatjazzpgh.com

Returns

  • Return authorization must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be received in-store within 7 days of receiving authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.

Exchanges

  • Exchange authorization must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be received in-store within 7 days of receiving authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the return and the new item.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition — unused, unworn, and with tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Tights are sealed at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return once opened.

We cannot accept returns on items showing signs of wear, alterations, sewing, or customization.  Bodile products are final sale only.

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once your item is received and approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Note: All Bodile sales are final.
